Perma Construction Ltd. has been providing construction services to Vancouver Island since 1976. Our passion for building not only lies in building structures, but building long lasting relationships with our clients. Located in Victoria BC, the southern tip of Vancouver Island our operations have been located at 309 Mary Street since 1982.

Within the field of commercial construction we specialize in tenant improvements, seismic upgrades, and new construction within the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. While mainly focusing on commercial construction we are also proud to offer residential building services including new construction and renovation work. Whether its commercial or residential construction our experienced team offers a broad range of construction expertise ready for the challenge.

While much of our business is gained through the competitive bid process, we do a fair amount of work through repeat business, sole sourcing and invitation tenders. We excel with projects that require detailed management and precise scheduling to get the job done. We combine these talents with our many years of experience to continually look at new ways to work hand-in-hand with our clients, their consulting team and all trades and suppliers.
